Feeling empty

Running a little low on essentials such as energy and motivation.

My prayer for today -
Fill my cup, so I'm overflowing
Flowing like a river,
Fill my cup.

Does anyone else find it difficult to tell the difference between giving up too easily, and holding on for too long?
