That's what I had for tea - big bowl of Heinz Cream of Tomato soup and a small mountain of bread. When this is all I want to eat, and Lucozade is all I want to drink, I know I am not in a happy place.

Meanwhile, James is watching Rastamouse which he recorded off CBBC this afternoon, just to prove that it was real. Seriously?!

It's all too much for me so I am going to bed.

Still no letter.

However I did have a well needed conversation with esteemed colleague this morning and was honest about the place that I am in right now - it is not easy to admit that I am struggling to some people and I needed to do that. The reaction I received was supportive and kind and that helped.

A conversation with a different esteemed colleague this afternoon also helped, in a different way.

I am grateful for the people around me. All of them special in different ways.
