Treat!

Back blipping. Excuse my absence. It's Spring and it has been gorgeous weather, so I've been (still am) mad busy in the garden!

My lovely neighbour Niamh bakes cakes. No. She creates cakes. She is a "cake-designer". I'm serious! She creates the most unbelievably beautiful, eatable things. Not only do they taste yummy, but they are total eye-candy. And the best thing? She sometimes gives me left-overs! :)

This is my share of what was a "window box". She created this for her mother-in-law's and her own birthday. It was delish!
