In an effort to fit in a swim before a film I swam my 50 lengths as fast as possible, possibly as fast as ever before and made it to the midday film with 2 minutes to spare.

Film was the pretty remarkable The Consequences Of Love featuring a great performance from Toni Servillo, completely assured direction from Paolo Sorrentino and a soundtrack of classic electronica tracks from the likes of Lali Puna, Boards Of Canada and Fila Brazilia. Really, really enjoyed it.

Think that swimming may have taken it's toll on me however. Exhausted and drained and just generally and considerably less than 100% by 9pm. Not good.

Bit of music, I had summat on the ipod that would have fitted in that soundtrack pretty well. Summat German.
