room with a view

I think that's the title of a Alfred Hitchcock movie, so let me give the man credit. Yesterday and last night was not a good day in Daunti's world. I ended up going to the hospital to get checked out because I was in so much pain in my lower abdominal area. Let me start by saying I was killing myself off because I was in such fear, thinking the worst. Fear can make the mind think of all kinds of crazy things. I am my worse enemy when it come to such. Not proud of it. After blood work, a cat scan and a few other things it ended up being a pulled muscles caused from using a new weight machine I started using at the gym. All the test came out fine ruling out all my worst fears, praise God, I am truely grateful. I was in such pain all night last night, but I could deal with it because I wasn't in fear knowing what the cause was. So this is the view from my room. I am on bed rest today with ice packs and antiflamatory drugs. I think in the future I will stick to old fashion walking. Learned my lesson.

... I'll be ok...but you can feel sorry for me... :)... jk
