Who wears the pants?

Was organizing our clothes and the husband's work pants fell down. I notice my name written in Korean characters (that is pronounced like Leck-shee or Reck-shee) and wondered who's pants they really were? One can deduce that our kindly Korean dry cleaner has a very simple way of keeping track of his customer's clothing... Or there are a few other explanations!;)
