I have the power

Went in to Edinburgh to meet an old school mate for beers after work. Seen this on the way in the middle of the town. I asked a worky what was going on. Reckons a dog owned by one of the heed yins at the cooncil has lost it's bone so they are helping him find it.

Ok that is a wee fib, but would make more sense than what they are actually doing.
