Not Enough Hours In The Day

Today has not quite been a day of rest. Had to find emergency rehearsal venue for tomorrow that included getting 6 people from all over the place to co-ordinate their diaries, borrowing a drumkit, arranging it to be delivered, finding a makeshift PA sytem and getting someone to help set it up. 6 phonecalls and 2.5 hours later I've somehow got it sorted. Did have a lovely lunch at home with Mum to celebrate mothers day though.

This week is going to be 'one of those weeks' where, after looking at my diary, I'm wondering where I'll find the time to eat or sleep. Here's my week in numbers:

Hours in college lectures: 6
Hours in meetings with tutor: 1.5+
Hours at work: 16+
Hours required for presentation research: 3
Dissertation words to be submitted: 7500
Band rehearsals: 2
Extra houseguests: 1 person/2 nights
Super-quick-catch-up coffees with friends: 2
Live gigs: 1
Church services: 2
Hours lost with clocks going back: -1

Hoping that somewhere in between I will find time to sleep and eat. There are not enough hours in the day!
