Had a lovely Mother's Day

Charlotte woke me with a bun and a handmade card, and made me breakfast in bed (with a lot of help as daddy was working).

We put the little greenhouse up and planted lots of seeds, Charlotte helped me with the labels which she was very proud of. Then spent a couple of hours in the lovely spring sunshine tidying the garden up.

Managed to see the football this afternoon - just a semi against Everton or Sunderland standing between us and another cup final now!

The pic is of a skeleton hydrangea flower - found loads of them in the garden. Have taken a lot of pictures with my macro setting today, and a lot of Charlotte but thought this was an unusual one which I may not get chance to replicate again this year. So delicate and the sun helped!
