Vegan Breakfast Burritos
I have been eating Amy's Breakfast burritos for the past couple weeks. They are tasty, but expensive. I have a lot of veggies sitting in the fridge so I thought "Why not make my own?" The making was easy, but the rolling of the tortilla I still don't have the knack for yet.
Here you see sweet potatoes, red potatoes, red pepper, portobello mushroom, and tomato.
