Happy Mothers Day

All ready, think everything is done ready, the table is set with the fougasse ready to go.

Been busy all afternoon getting the meal ready between Gem and I. We have

Smoked Salmon & cream cheese blinis & fizz

Home baked fougasse with home made pesto, chick pea purée and tapenade.

Chorizo crusted haddock with new potatoes, roasted spring vegetables & green salad.

Lemon mousse

Cheese and biscuits.

Think it should go well ;-)

Hope all you mums had a great day. Sensitive time here with the recent loss of Gems nana but I think tonight should be okay.
