Modern Life is Rubbish

This graffitti has appeared over the weekend and really pissed me off when I saw it this morning.

I wonder what went through the mind of the little gobshite who thought it would be a good idea to scrawl his message across a plaque dedicated to the 9,000 plus people who lost their lives at the Normandy landings.

"At the going down of the sun and in the morning.
We will remember them"

Some of us more respectfully than others.
