Unseasonably warm today, even by Texas standards.

After admiring the freshly cut grass and relaxing in the backyard, a game time dinner decision was made to fire up the grill.

Helped make some mixed mushroom rice, lemon roasted potatoes...and this cedar plank grilled salmon was inhaled. Thanks and gratitude for a good life and delicious food was given and we swore to make this much more often this summer.
