Tour de Forth

The kids understood what matters on Mother's Day - a lie in - so Ewan did as good a job as he could keeping Ellen quiet even if his exhortations to be quiet were often as loud as Ellen's singing.

After breakfast they headed up to Brechin to see Mandy's mum while I kicked around the house for a bit and then headed out with Joe for a run around the Forth. Straight into Andmoff country. Lovely day for it, helped along by finding a tenner on the cycle path and then using that to buy some grub at Brian's Cafe in Bo'ness. You'll probably get to see a photo of me with that bacon roll.

Now, that grass isn't going to cut itself.
