Pot Stickers- Hungarian style?

We like pot stickers. We like Kreplach. So we put the two together and it was nom nom yummy!
P suggested we call them Krepastickers, but that sounded too much like... Moving on.

Pretty much, they're Chinese gyoza pastry skins, stuffed with Hungarian style cheese, potato and onion filling. Served on a bed of rocket with fried onions and topped off with Parmesan cheese.
