Run forest....
RUN!! 2 hours in the gym today was just what I needed to end my week. Time to let out the stress and run run run... Only 7 weeks to go until my marathon, oh shit!! no! Time to get out those running shoes on a daily basis and get going!
I love the gym and indeed running and once I get used to feeling out of breath I will be fine!! 13 miles? Is that all!!! Hahaha.
