Race Day

I was supposed to be up early and on my bike. But I was so tired, I slept in. Then felt physically washed out, so decided to listen to my body and relax. Which was very pleasant, especially given today was summer.

And then at 1, out to the yacht club for the big race. All the learn to sail kids competing for the use of a boat next year.

Five races, Adam won 2, but it was enough. Stella pulled through and he came second equal. Overlap, they all were brilliant and looked like real little (racing) sailors. Super effort!

And the weather was superb, warn, sunny, not too windy, and we managed to get all the boats away before the nor'west came through.

Very pleasant day.
