WALK IT OFF

WEIGHTING FOR THE WEEKEND.

Week One: 15:8:6. AIM:15:3:0 by summer.

Ok Blippers I have tried diet after diet and exercise to boot and the weight just still goes on. Only a pound a month......it's nothing...but by the end of 2 yrs it's nearly 2 stone!!!

Weight is really personal and have really exposed myself here......I hope this gives me some incentive. Please send me your encouraging thoughts.
