The calm...

...before the storm:-)

This is my colleagues building our conference stand at the beginning of our Spring Campaign Conference. We could only access the venue this morning so it was an early start to ensure we were ready for the delegates starting to arrive at 9am...

...and start arriving they surely did in their hundreds. We were all kept busy for over three hours registering folk. This was on top of all those who had already pre-registered. This is my 14th year as a member of staff and it's the busiest Spring conference I've ever known. For the First Minister's conference address we ran into 3 over-flow halls.

It was a long and busy day but a good one and everyone is looking forward to the campaigns ahead:-)
