Let me out!...Let me in!

My favourite bit of Lion king.

This or these are the feet of a Cheeky, not-now-so-little, magpie at the bird hospital where I volunteer.
She actually talks and says a convincing 'hello' and a mumbled 'all-right' (we are up north), climbs up your arm and round your neck, chirping away in your ear....but, the sad thing is she came to us already conditioned to humans, I personally believe she could perhaps survive outside, but many feel she would fall foul of either human misbehaviour or birdy bullying...it's a difficult call.
So for now she's in the..let's call it the 'bit too human' aviary.

Just try telling your wife 'you've spent the day photographing birds legs'!o/
