Gone Awry
I had intended a completely different Blip this evening. I stopped off in Holywood, Co. Down on my way home from work intending to shoot some apartments which are beside an old graveyard. Of course, I drove down the wrong street, found a tunnel under the main Bangor-Belfast road and ended up beside Belfast Lough.
This view is of the lough with Jordanstown, Carrickfergus and Whitehead on the far side and to the extreme left, Belfast itself. I think I read someone mentioning on Twitter that Jupiter and Venus could be seen very close together so that must be them, centre frame.
I'll leave the graveyard for another evening then, when I've checked Google Earth!
