I never thought I'd say it....

....but it looks like I've caught the exercise bug! I was up at 8.20 having slept with that post exercise throb in my legs all night. After coming downstairs, having the first coffee of the day and feeding the kids I saw my opportunity. If I left by 8.45 I could be at B-fit for 9, finished and showered by 10, and be home in time to take kids to drama! Daddy was upstairs snoring, so that's what I did. I was so chuffed with myself. Let's hope I can keep it going next week. I have to say, the choice of models for their advertisement poster leaves a bit to be desired!

In other news, the next door house has been sold. We have a shared garden, albeit with an illegal fence we erected, but pretty communal none the less. The new owner came today with a team of men to "extreme gardener" the garden. They brought 2 sweet, white ducks, left them there, then went home! I now live with ducks!
