The sweet taste of success...

Well, all my practice paid off - I won two 1st's and three 2nd's!!

I'm soooo chuffed. Since the start of the year I've been brushing-up on my baking skills, hoping that I might manage to find 'the' prize-winning recipes for the baking section at the local Hortie Show.

Nil points for my Date & Walnut Loaf and my knitted baby cardigan (but to be fair, I wasn't impressed with them either).

Feet up tomorrow, with an endless supply of tea and cakes!
