Morningside Grave Yard...........

.......so many grave stones are broken and tipped over. Don't know if this has been done on purpose (Bristol Council went around the grave yards there about 8/9 years ago so say 'health and safety' checking - if the grave stone fell over it failed and was deemed dangerous) - did Edinburgh Council do the same, or is this down to vandals?
