Cold and wet day!

Despite the grey clouds and the spitting rain Bear had a school football tournament this morning so K and I dropped him off with the intention to pop and get some coffee and cake, complete a few chores and then go back up and watch the last hour or so.

We managed to get our coffee and cake and then we got the call that the tournament had been rained off - cue mad dash through the traffic to get a very wet and very muddy boy!

After lunch the rain eased off and the sky brightened a little so we thought now would be our opportunity to get some fresh air and popped down to the seafront with the childrens scooters. There are these wonderful benches along Littlehampton Sea Front!

In other news Ian is still in Ghana and hopefully will be home on Monday.
