Turn into Something beautiful

The world is waking up, from it's winter slumber.

It hasn't been so very cold, but cold enough to send everything outside to sleep. The first stirrings of spring came a few weeks ago, but everything in our garden seemed dead and gone.

But today, the sun was shining. It was shining as soon as we got up and it has stayed shining all day. The garden was yawning, and the grass shouted, come and trim me, I'm looking a bit weary.... My throw was looking a bit faded in the sun, I didn't want to leave it out, so I bought some dye, and it is now a glorious Tulip Red.

Birds are singing, the cats are playing, we have been active outside and in, and now, I'm going to put my feet up, and enjoy the sunset from the back door.
