Liam's school

Liam's school, giant steps is one of the buildings which was part of the large Gladesville hospital, a very big psychiatric hospital which was operational up to the 1990s. The complex of buildings that comprises the school are leased from the Dept of health. A group of parent activists squatted on the derelict site, pointing out the buildings were not being used, and there was no school for autistic children in the whole of Sydney.
