Day 75 - Clutching at straws...!

I'm absolutely shattered after today! I took the day off to paint H's bedroom which is a much bigger job than I anticipated. So I've been doing that for most of the day and have also had to clean the house from top to bottom, make beds up, and make a big pan of chilli as we have one of my best friends in the whole world coming to stay tomorrow night along with her hubby and two daughters. I can't wait to see them!

I've not really had much time for taking photos, so it was one of those evenings of frantically looking around the house for something to photograph! These are some coloured straws I found in the cupboard.

I thought the title was very apt!
