Away, Away with the damp and grey

The poor light and dampness this week have left me uninspired.

I am happy that the weekend is here but it promises more of the same and I yearn for some frost or early morning brightness.

I feel a tabletop still life will be heading this way very soon.

For now though, I am totally unable to prise myself from the comfort of my sofa.

This one from early this morning looked so much better in my mind too....
