The Saints Way

Today I went with 5 others on a 10 mile walk on the first stage of The Saints Way, Cornwall. This is from Padstow to Fowey it is a 28 mile walk, that will be done in 3 walk.

We started at Padstow about 10.20am and finished at 4.20pm. at Withiel. We stopped about half way at one of our walkers relatives farm for about and hour.

I have not walked 10 miles for about 15 years, so I went with a lot of trepidation. I only new one of the walkers, she is a friend that goes to my camera club.

Well I make it, I have had a lovely day with some very nice and friendly people and the walk was very good and varied . At the moment my legs are telling me that I certainly have walk a long way.
