Chicken in Butternut Squash.

I've become a fan of the Butternut Squash only as of late.
The first time it was made into a pasta sauce and now it is a side with my chicken.

Oh so good.
Roasted in Olive Oil, Garlic, Black & Lemon Pepper.

Only wish I had a tangelo to go with it;-)
