Mushroom Pizza
Not too bad for a 205mm lens handhed with no flash but when you get close in you can see the shake. Took a break from iPhone camera testing and used a proper camera. The pizza itself was made from a recipe for pissaladiere, a French version of pizza, which is a very light and fluffy base. Instead of tomato sauce I made a pesto flavoured white sauce and there is a mixture of fresh portabello and mixed antipasti mushrooms with roquefort and mozzarella.
The rest of the evening was filled with much discussion of the 'family meeting' style (despite there only being two of us) and a lot of air was cleared before being filled with new problems, such is life.
