Edinburgh Tramworks

The walk from Haymarket Station to the West End passes the fine buildings of Atholl Crescent and Shandwick Place . In the distance is the famous Binns' corner and its grand clock. Today this view is spoiled by the utter chaos of these tramworks. For drivers and pedestrians alike, living and working in this part of the capital ay the moment must be a nightmare. One day however it is claimed that there will be a highly efficient tram system serving the city.........
