Minnie Mouse Dress

Something about this dress just bewitches me. And Katie adores it too. She'd had six different selections of clothes on this morning. She started out that she was going naked. Then chose some different jammies ("I dont want pants on mummy, just jammas!"). She then went and took those off, found some pants and trousers. Both of which were inside out and back to front, but self dressed. She then put on my fleece jumper. And decided that was how she was going out. Next she took it all off and chose different jammies. She finally chosen a pretty pink dress and she was about to wear stripey, very clashing tights with it. Until she remembered her "Minnie Mouse" dress. She moved at great speed, ditching everything she was wearing. I had to remind her to put the pants back on. We found some fairly matching tights that we both agreed on. Outfit finally done. Well over an hour after we'd started negotiations!

She's going to nursery this morning - our hunk of broken junk car is being taken away, I'm hoping to collect our new bike and a few other "not Katie compatible" chores so I thought it would be more fun for her to go play with her friends. And we'll feed the ducks on the way home as she's been begging to do it.
