I found a bunch of picked daffodils in the park. A child, or perhaps a romantic adult, had picked a bunch, arranged them into a perfect posy and then (one can only surmise the turn of events), abandoned them. It seemed wrong to leave them to the elements when such obvious intention had gone into arranging them - so I took them home.

When I have cut flowers they take pride of place on the mantle piece in front of a mirror. That way I get their magnificence doubled!

I took a ridiculous number of shots trying to get the image I wanted. Either the shadows, or the focus or the exposure, or 'something' was wrong. Once uploaded and mostly deleted, I had whittled them down to a measly four bearable photos! This was the best. I liked it's 'back turned' reflection.

So much to learn.
So much frustration fun had in the learning!
