Face in the box

This was the container that held the drinks (Pepsi and Tango) from last night.
When I moved it today I saw a face in the shapes so blipped it.
Looks a bit spooky to me.

I'm feeling a lot better today. I have slept a lot today as well though but really feel the benefit of it.

Started out badly with me having to clean mum up again. Don't think she recognises any more when she needs to go. It used to make me want to run away but I've found the more organised and prepared I am with all the right 'equipment', that I can get through it and have her clean again, plus the more I do it the more I know I can do it.

The nurse came and tested mum's urine and it looks like she has got a water infection so I'm going to collect the prescription for antibiotics tomorrow.

I think that it could have been my own antibiotics for my tooth problem recently that caused some of my problems yesterday. So I've been taking Yakult to restore the good bacteria to my gut and hopefully that is helping me to feel much better.
