Bit of a grey day

Been a bit of a grey day today, both literally and metaphorically. Woke up this morning to cold mist and greyness all around, adding to my lacklustre efforts to motivate myself. I even tried taking a picture of where the sun might be trying to get through the mist and it just looked a bit...well grey.
I was on my way home for lunch when I noticed the pigeon in the tree giving me the evil eye. I quite like the way the two trees kind of frame it and it does seem to sum up the day.
