North Wales's New City

This blip is taken to mark the historic announcement yesterday that St. Asaph have been (or will soon be) a full city. This will make it only the second city in North Wales.

Your homework is to find out what the other one is.
And to find out how many people live in St. Asaph and why a small town needs to be a city!
