Toe the Line

I am not very good at toeing the line.

I do like bending the rules, only the little, silly, insignificant, petty, irrational, jobsworth dictates which seem seem to multiply and re-produce at an ever increasing.

The BIG rules about respect, fairness and common decency are fine, except I can never seem to find these ones written down anywhere.

Why is at that the most stupid rules arealso the ones which are most officiously enforced?
