Worth letting them know

I usually feel disgruntled when a big corporate company starts what feels like a bit of a taking-customers-for-granted attitude. So when I contacted a well-known coffee company about the suddenly smaller amounts in their standalone machines, it was nice to be responded to and hopefully listened to. It was also nice to receive as a sweetener, these two travel mugs, gratis.
(especially as my puppy had eaten my best one only two weeks ago!)
Maybe not a very exciting blip but a record of the day nonetheless.
