A sticky situation

I pledged to eat some of this before leaving Cambodia. They didn't have any in stock but I thought the above would be as terrifying.

These things can look as different from each other as they like - ranging from green and red turtle shells to white, yellow and blue speckled slabs - but essentially they are all combinations of sticky rice, gelatine and frightening use of food colouring.

Ok for a sweet tooth like me, but give me an Eccles cake any day.
