Hello

As I was exiting Smith Hall today, I noticed a phone had been installed outside of the building. Mind you, this is no normal phone. Apparently when the phone rings a person can answer and give advice to a stranger. I secretly began wondering if the sociology or psychology departments were conducting an experiment.
