Tea cozy crazy

The ferry is the most expensive form of public transport in London. That means 2 types of travellers : early morning commuters, all in dark suits, quiet and focused, or groups of chattering tourists out for a treat from mid morning onwards. And never the twain shall meet - which is all right and proper. So imagine my surprise when this morning in amongst the quiet suits I spotted this - a lady adorned with what can only be described as a tea cosy chapeau with sequins.
