the plan was not to showcase gracie again today... ahhhh - the best laid plans sometimes go awry don't they? shows we need to be flexible - willing to bend - adapt - change at a moments notice...

the princess has not been feeling well today... it began this morning - has carried through the day - has me worried... like most mama's get with their babies... when she is ill, grace becomes like glue to my hip - sticking close by - when i pulled out the camera, pondering what to blip - her eyes sort of lit up - she began to pose... i know! the diva - posing! actually turning this way and that... i snapped a few shots - seeing this one... kind of giggled and she looked at me with that kitty look. you know the one i mean... we give it to our kiddos - we give it to each other, too... i found myself explaining the picture reminded me of a lion - even though a lion's a he and she's a she, not a he... i thought she looked somewhat majestic in it... then i got this very little head nod from grace - an okay, if you will that i could go ahead and post it... that was all - no further conversation about it - we let the rest go... which tells you, the diva is just not herself today.

so i'm gonna go baby my baby now - make sure she's okay... maybe see if she'll eat her most favorite meal and cuddle - for that would make for...
