Research!

Arrived home from work to find the first half of my Amazon order (the next half to follow hot off the press in July). I'm looking forward to studying these more closely to familiarise myself with the lay of the land. It's all very exciting ;-)
Also exciting is contact from the estate agent this afternoon and i have another viewing on Saturday. Guess who?....only the chap that put an offer in a couple of weeks ago and then went for something else, which has subsequently fallen through. Get those fingers crossed again please, i'd really appreciate it. :-D x
