Durango Skies

I'm visiting my parents for few days between Canon workshops to finalize details for the Durango photography workshop I'm planning for July 16-19, 2012. One of the opportunities I hope to present is astrophotography. I'm just experimenting here in mom & dad's backyard, but hope to scout some darker locations so we can capture some stunning images during July's new moon on the 19th.
