From 32 stone to 19 loosing 12 stone and winning 25 grand.

Can't believe I actually watched the biggest loser, but I did, most weeks.

I shall go back onto the scales tommorrow, perhaps take weight loss a little more seriously next week. Perhaps. Perhaps not.
