Recycling scheme

Slightly weird one but causing much debate in this area, the council's refuse policy! Households now issued with 80 bags for the year, and now plastic recycling will be every week...but, shock horror, a charge introduced for "green" waste pick up. There is much online debate about the scandal of the markup of the council on extra bag supplies, and wheelie bin pick up. I am more concerned whether I will remember a new day to put the bins out, after 10 years of Tuesdays.
