Neoclassical Bradford

An end of day meeting at the Emm Lane campus provided an opportunity for a short detour through Lister Park.

This is a very typical view of  Cartwright Hall, Bradford's civic art gallery, which sits in the park.  The statue of Diana is a 108 year old replica of a 2nd century marble statue in the Louvre.  

The spring flower beds were just foliage a couple of weeks ago, but are developing nicely now.
