NEW TOWN EDINBURGH

This is 14--16--18 Broughton place, EDINBURGH. I was going to a auction house
at the end of the street. It was the public showing of BLAIR CASTLE ,near DALRY
in Ayrshire. The new owners wanted to make room, so they can turn it into a tourist
attraction and place to stay. Among the many Items was a letter from MARY
QUEEN OF SCOTS to let one of her staff of duty because of gout. The letter had been stuck in a book along with lots of other letters so was not so good. There was also a painting of the last leith horse race before it moved to MUSSEL BURGH.
I was lucky to get a clear space in front of the houses, without cars.
